If you are interested in health coaching programs, then schedule the Initial Breakthrough Session. After deciding to work together, the next step will be the New Client Assessment so that I can gather necessary and from there I will be able to recommend the coaching program and/or services that best suits your health needs and goals.
After the New Client Assessment is complete, the types of programs that will be offered are:
Customized Coaching: 55-minute sessions scheduled as needed
