No way! If you’re like most busy professionals, you have prioritized your career and family first and put your own health on the back-burner. Many factors contribute to your hormones being hijacked like chronic stress, certain foods, nutrient deficiencies, environmental factors, and as a result impact your ability to lose weight and feel great. It can feel like slow decline over time or just “getting older” and many of the symptoms seem unrelated to the root cause – your hormones!

So how did you get here, really?

There’s tons of health information out there and you have probably tried some things but without achieving the results you want. The truth is much of the health and exercise information out there is wrong or misleading. Truth be told, many businesses profit off selling the next best diet plan or miracle product. Our current standard of care is focused on band-aid quick fixes and not root-cause solutions. You see one doctor for your ears, nose and throat, another for your ovaries, and yet another for whatever else ails you. And no one is talking to each other! This makes it incredibly difficult to understand what’s really going on for you, and what to do about it. I should know, I went through this myself! I personally spent a lot of time, energy and money visiting Doctor’s and specialist to no avail. I was even told that some of the issues I was having could never be healed – but I proved them wrong.
